Currently Headquarters stations houses Tower 1, Ladder 1, Engine 1 and Battalion 17. We also have a multimedia conference room to conduct training classes in it also doubles as an Emergency operations center for natural disasters. Future plans are to build a training facility behind the station to conduct practical application training exercises. This station is located next to the Shaw Plant on St. Andrews Rd behind the Bi-Lo grocery store. There is usually always someone at the station, feel free to stop in if you see the trucks in the bay with the doors open.

The Irmo Fire District's Northlake station was put in service in August of 2003. Each shift here has 4 firefighters on duty at all times and houses Engine 2 and reserve Engine 3. It is part of the Lexington County Service Complex that also houses a Sheriff Department sub-station and a Magistrate's office. The complex is located on Lincreek Drive off of Lake Murray Blvd near the Lake Murray Dam.
