Today, we paid tribute to Trooper First Class Dennis D. Ricks of South Carolina Highway Patrol. IFD, along with Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and Columbia Fire Ladder 7 and Engine 6, gathered alongside I-26 to pay respects to Ricks, a fellow public servant who gave his life in the line of duty.
