Irmo Fire’s High Intensity Team started the weekend off strong with our first ever Community Workout! It was a morning full of hard work, motivation, and camaraderie as participants trained side by side with our firefighters. Plus, our very own Chief Sonefeld manned the grill and fed the masses!
