IFD Units were dispatched to a structure fire in the 200 block of Berryhill Rd. early this morning. A second alarm was called while in route and, with assistance from Columbia Fire Department, West Columbia Fire Department, and Lexington County Fire Service, the fire was under control in about 2 hours. This apartment building is vacant and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Crews remain on scene at this time.
