Shortly after 8:00am, a disoriented driver attempting to turn from Saint Andrews Road onto Leisure Lane missed and instead turned onto the railroad tracks. Unfortunately, a train was coming and the train inconveniently relocated the car a quarter of a mile down the track. Fortunately, there were no injuries to the driver or the train crew. The train and the car connected during this collision which resulted in road closures from the Saint Andrews Road railroad crossing all the way down to Seawright. The roads remained closed for approximately 3 hours while crews, a tow truck, and the train operator worked to clear the tracks.
