Irmo Fire District’s administrative offices will be closed for the holiday beginning today, 12/24/2025, and will reopen Monday, 12/29/2025. IFD crews remain on duty and ready to serve our community.
The Irmo Fire District is accepting applications for lateral firefighters. Applications can be submitted online, via mail, in or in person at our Headquarters Station. Annualized salary is DOQ from $38,963-$40,037.55. This excludes a 7% increase upon earning driver/operator status. Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply starting at $37,108.05.
